First Step 

 

You Have to configure your Zain Sim To be GPRS or EGPRS enabled To do this you have to visit  www.ng.zain.com   Then to Extra after which you Choose GPRS option. In the Page Choose PUSH SETTING on doing this a new Tab comes up .i.e  DCM configuration. When this appears enter your Sim Number then Ok and your phone type eg Nokia then OK and the brand eg 3110c then Ok.

After this the phone will appear and various option of the phone type. Click Ok and continue to click Ok until it finish send it.

Your phone will ring automatically saved the settings if it requires code enter 0000 on your phone switch off your phone and put it on again. G or E will appear on the phone if it is nokia. If it those not appear go to connectivity and set your packed data settings to always online. With these it will appear. That’s all for the phone.

 

Second Step

 

Get a Nokia PC suite. You can Download it from the internet. Just use Google to search for it Follow any of the link to Download PC suite. Install the PC Suite on your System and the follow the instruction sequentially Connect your phone to it using your preferred option i.e. cable or Bluetooth etc. Then load the PC suite using the shortcut on your desktop. Click on Connect to Internet. This brings a form that wants to connect the phone automatically. You have to click on the settings the icon is like a spanner; choose your modem e.g. Nokia 3110c modem click next choose manual configuration and enter the Following

Access Point : wap.ng.zain.com

                                         User Name : mms

                                            Password: mms

 

Click Ok don’t worry about other Option.

After this re-connect with these your phone will connect automatically. It will write Connected.       

 

Third Step

 

You are now require to load the Privacy Generator call JAP or Jondo

To get this software visit www.jondonym.de/en  to download Jondo. You can also learn about the software in the site to know more about it. You can also download jondofox which also a browser designed for Jondo.

 Install the jondo. And run it after installation. When the main menu appear for the first time it bring installation assistance. Make sure you choose the extended view click finish. With this it will reconnect. When it reconnect in the main menu it will write Waiting for Service. Click on Details or config it brings another window.

Click on the Network 

Change the Listen port to 443

Check on the option I’m forced to use a proxy and enter the following

Type HTTP/HTTPs Proxy

Host: 172.18.254.5

                                                  Port: 8080

 

Click on Accept and OK  Jondo may reconnect allow it to reconnect.

When to reconnect click on config again. This time goto Anti censorship and enter the following Server fowarding port 443

And let your internet connection be DSL 512kb upload   and 90% click on Accept and OK

Goto Info service  click on Download and it will keep running. But it may bring an option that cannot download service from the internet. Don’t bother continue to do it until it changes those letters on the list to a real name.

Also Goto to Anonymity click on Reload this will also run it will also bring an option saying Error talking about Firewall and so on don’t bother continue to reload until it load services to the empty space in this page. It takes much time depending on the availability of jondo services and Zain Network but do it patiently with time it will load the service.

 

After loading the service goto Network and change the Listen Port to 4001

Also Goto Anonymity and click on Advance settings and uncheck the option with automatically change service then OK  in the main menu choose one of the free services eg New Mix Protocol then wait until it connect. The rolling globe stops and brings an image with a green color depending on the Number of Users.

After this. Open  your browser eg. Mozilla firefox or opera go to TOOLs then click on option for M-firefox and preference for Opera set your Home page eg. www.google.com.ng and then click on Advance take Network and click on Settings

Under setting check the Manual proxy configuration and enter the following

Http proxy 127.0.0.1 and port 4001

Do the same for all protocol. Then click Ok you are now ready for browsing.
